Returns

ONLINE REFUND POLICY
    • If you wish to return an online order, goods can be returned within 14 days
    • Please email us at info@heliotique.com with your order number and reason for returning - if your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and the returns address
    • All returns must arrive safely back to us in perfect saleable condition with any tags attached and in the original packaging
    • Any returns will be at your own expense and risk - we recommend you use a trackable service and retain proof of postage. We do not accept any responsibility for items returned to us which get lost in transit or are damaged during the journey - for this reason we strongly advise customers to package the items well (especially fragile items)
    • A refund will be generated once the returned goods have arrived safely back to us in good, unused condition - please note the original shipping costs will be excluded from the refund and the postage costs will be deducted from any free delivery orders
    • We cannot accept returns of sale items and the following items are also excluded from this policy due to health & safety / hygiene reasons: earrings, hair accessories, hats, skincare, fragrance, liquid home fragrance and any edible items. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged

    IN-STORE REFUND POLICY

    • Goods may be returned for exchange / credit note only within 14 days (28 days during the festive period) of the purchase date
    • The goods must be in perfect saleable condition with all original tags attached and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
    • The credit will be valid for 90 days when issued
