It doesn’t get fresher than this! Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil by Honest Toil, straight from the ongoing 2025 harvest, incredibly vibrant, green and alive. Ridiculously fresh, cold-pressed within hours of picking. 

Expect a bright, grassy oil with a peppery bite and real punch of fresh-cut grass. This early-harvest agourelleo is picked while the koroneiki olives are still firm and green, producing exceptionally low acidity (under 0.3%).
