This bar is a unique combination of Pump Street's two signature products: dark chocolate and sourdough. Sourdough crumbs and a touch of sea salt add crunch and a smooth, malty flavour to the Ecuadorian chocolate. About Pump Street

Independent premium brand Pump Street Chocolate started life as a bakery but have (luckily for us!) turned their hands to artisan chocolate too! Based in Suffolk, Pump Street use traditional chocolate making methods to create their handmade bars using all natural ingredients.
